Babu is built by a small team that cares more about shipping something a coach will actually use than about process for its own sake. We stay close to the coaches on the platform, and we’d rather ship a smaller feature that solves a real problem than a big one that doesn’t.

Two things matter most in how we work: shipping — getting real, working improvements in front of coaches rather than sitting on plans — and coaches-first — every decision gets weighed against whether it makes running a coaching business easier, not just whether it’s interesting to build.
